ARCADIS AYH has an up-to-date structured training programme which supports candidates by providing useful tools and facilitating regular sessions where candidates can test their learning. In addition, a number of our counsellors are RICS assessors who mentor

candidates and provide a real-life environment to practice for the final assessment. The programme complements the hands-on experience that our candidates receive whilst working on exciting and rewarding projects on behalf of blue-chip clients.
