ARCADIS AYH plc, the leading provider of project and cost management consultancy services, is delighted to announce the appointment of a new project surveyor to its Manchester team.
Sadat Rahim joins ARCADIS AYH plc's Corporate Accommodation Sector New Build and Fit-out team. He will be supporting Matthew Mackey, who joined AYH from Gardiner and Theobald last year and has developed a vibrant and busy specialist office end user team in Manchester. This specialist approach is believed to be unique within the Manchester Market and follows the successful ARCADIS AYH business model. This team is involved in some of the largest fit-outs in the Manchester and Leeds markets.
Three more surveyors have been appointed to ARCADIS AYH plc's other UK offices:
Peter Slim has rejoined as an Associate in Birmingham's Lifestyle Sector, Hotel and Business Unit. Peter previously worked in ARCADIS AYH plc's Residential Business Unit having joined from DL Arabian Gulf in 2003. He has 10 years of surveying experience, gained while working in the Middle East.
Tommy Ng has been appointed as a Project Surveyor working in the London Public Sector Education team. Tommy has experience of working on various education projects during his time at Nisbet LLP.
Oliver Thorne is welcomed to the London Team as an Assistant Surveyor in the Occupancy Services group of the Corporate Accommodation Sector. Oliver has joined ARCADIS AYH plc after completing a history degree course last June at Leeds University. He has commenced his RICS conversion course.
