The ARCADIS AYH plc Global Network gets stronger with US acquisition  
 

UK programme, project and cost management firm ARCADIS AYH plc has extended its global reach through the acquisition of US firm PinnacleOne Inc by parent firm ARCADIS.  Based in Phoenix, Arizona, PinnacleOne operates nationally with a focus in the southwestern and northeastern United States, its addition to the ARCADIS Worldwide Project Consulting network brings 230 new colleagues to AYH's global team and estimated gross revenue of $35 million for 2006.

The acquisition of PinnacleOne further enhances ARCADIS AYH's global initiative of project, cost and programme management services for property and construction related projects, which has been recently established in response to clients' increasing demand for a streamlined cost effective global delivery of project management expertise.  Indeed, the ARCADIS Worldwide Project Consulting network led by ARCADIS AYH now boasts teams in over 60 countries covering six continents and the addition of PinnacleOne brings complete US coverage.

PinnacleOne's core services of program, project and construction management, complimented by expertise in dispute avoidance and resolution and strategic consulting for large construction programs, significantly enhance ARCADIS AYH's ability to meet its client's needs in today's growing global arena.  The company brings valuable expertise in both the public and private sectors, concerning complex capital investment projects including buildings, water systems, ground transportation and airports.  Combined with ARCADIS, PinnacleOne will benefit from access to Fortune 500 industrial clients, expanded market presence, and financial strength that will assist them with broadening their services and competitive position.
